• up to 20 days before arrival, cancelation is free of charge
• if you cancel 20 days to 8 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the overnight
fee
• Cancellation 7 to 3 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the accommodation
price.
• In case of cancellation at short notice, we charge 90% of the accommodation
fee.

Note: The guidlines replace the right of withdrawal, according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.

Exception Policy: Shout a „lockdown“ be imposed in Austria, or in your contry of entry, due to Covid 19,we will try to reschedule the booking to another date, or cancel free of charge.
Any deposits will be deposited as a credit for your next stay or refunded by us.

For all other concerns we recommend the conclusion of a
travel cancellation insurance

Final payment – we accept Cash, ATM, Visa or Mastercard
Pets – on request € 12,- per day/ without food
Local Tax – € 2,25 per person/ per night – from 15 years in Villa Salza € 2,- per person/ per night
